Donation Policy
‣ When purchasing items, you must provide us with your true, accurate, current and complete information needed for the transaction.
‣ All purchased items or donations made and benefits received are non-refundable.
‣ By purchasing an item/s, please do remember that you are helping to keep the Community alive.
‣ Please be aware that The Ark GM team will not be held liable if any funds or items is to be lost due to any reason (hacking/scamming).
‣ Donating does not grant exemption from the Server Rules. All individuals, regardless of their donation status, must fully comply with the rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Open your Gcash App
- Select Send, then Express Send.
- Send your donation to Gcash info below.
- Name: Mark Andrew Balahadia
- Number: 09053257157
- Put a note on the message "Ark Project Valkyrie".
- Click Next, review the details to avoid mistakes, then click Send.
- Take a screenshot on the receipt.
- After transaction, send an Email to mabalahadia@gmail.com with the following:
- Subject: Gcash Donation
- Reference Number:
- Character Name:
- Account Username:
- Sender's Complete Name:
- Amount Sent:
- Attach or Send the Receipt Photo.
- Lastly, go to Ark Lobby, find Donation NPC and submit a request
- We will process your transaction as soon as we recieve your e-mail and once we verify the transaction. Your Cash Points will be automatically added to your account that you provided through email.
